Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for G Suite

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We signed up with Exclaimer to provide harmonized email signatures for all business colleagues. It's great that it delivers consistent signatures without delay.

Pros

  • Prompt delivery of signed emails.
  • Pulling signature information from Microsoft Exchange.

Cons

  • In my opinion customer service is dreadful.
  • Design tools for creating signatures are poor.
  • Overly restrictive image upload size - especially on banners.
  • Upgrade process non existent without contacting customer service - who don't respond.
  • Negative - it's cost time trying to fix issues.
We are not able to upgrade the account.
It seems secure.
My developer recommended them.

It could be a great solution - but with poor customer service, no easy way to upgrade or downgrade the account, and poor design tools, I wouldn't recommend it.
