Uberflip is a content marketing platform from the Toronto company of the same name. Central to Uberflip is its content hub for aggregating, centralizing, organizing, and finally curating content for delivery to targeted audiences in streams, culminating in the call-to-action (CTA). Uberflip also contains analytics that show how effective these CTAs are (and in what context they are effective or not) so poor content can be confidently dropped in favor of what works. For $200 monthly the user gets Essential edition, containing the hub, three custom content streams, the Flipbooks feature for twenty PDF files (basically to organize the files and publish them in a more interesting, interactive format), three calls-to-action, and access for one team member. For $600 and $1800 (or $500 and $1500 if billed annually), the Expert and Elite plans, respectively, increase the volume of all of these, permit gated content, automation and advanced behaviors, more advanced analytics, support, and advanced customization for larger content marketing teams.

Hushly, Seismic, and Folloze are common alternatives for Uberflip.

To organize, deploy, and track content on our website for consumption by our future customers. It interfaces nicely with our MarTech Stack and users can easily upgrade with new content with ease.
  • Organizing Content
  • Align by type
  • Track consumption
  • Updates are a breeze
  • The interface is a bit wonky at first for newcomers
  • There should be a best practice schematic available for first initial deployment
  • Allow certain items (blog) to be stored on customers website pages
For customers new to a content management tool, Uberflip is a good first choice in setting up and deploying content. If you do not have tons of content, best to just stage on your website.

We utilize Uberflip for content management of our public facing resource center. Each division utilizes Uberflip to record and host eBooks, Infographics, blogs, and more. It allows us to stay organized and share gated or ungated links with ease.
  • Organize content into separate bins
  • Is searchable
  • Make content accessible
  • Pulling links
  • The search bar only pops up the correct item if its fully typed out. Making it hard to search for items if you do not know where they are stored.
I would recommend Uberflip for large to very large firms between 1,000 and 15,000 employees that need a strong content management system to help build a resources section of their website. For smaller companies the marketing team is likely small enough that it is not neccessary. For larger companies there may be more robust solutions.

Uberflip powers the resource center on our 4 divisional websites. Prior to this system, we had a homegrown resource center for only one division and everything except for blog posts was behind a gate. We had been experimenting with LookBookHQ for a few years prior to moving to Uberflip. We used that to create landing pages for email campaigns.

When we knew we were looking to move away from the in-house created resource center to something new, we evaluated a few options. We initially moved only 2 divisions to the Uberflip system and slowly grew it to 3 and then 4. The back end is very user friendly and allows for a lot of automation, which helps with ensuring data is accurate without a lot of human intervention.
  • Collects content from a variety of sources
  • Helps with SEO for blogs native to our website
  • User-friendly back end
  • Management and analytics of content
  • SEO for PDFs (also making them more accessible)
  • Allowing links easily embedded into digital sales rooms
  • More immediate automations - some of our automations take too long to work
  • Search capabilities - not only is the search bad there are no analytics for it.
The way we use the system - to power content on our website - is a great use case. It's an easy way to keep all content centralized for each of our divisions. We are able to use the API to deliver content to product/service pages on our website easily so there's no more remembering where you posted a PDF when it needs to be updated. You just update it in one place and it's updated everywhere.

Their blog system is simple and easy to use - it has increased organic traffic to our site significantly since moving from a Typepad blog to this system.

For teams that are looking to create content that's easily accessed, searchable, and to be able to create small landing pages for your events. This tool works very well.

I use Uberflip every day to help prospects understand our products and help them prepare for demonstrations. I find it extremely beneficial for prospects to understand the scope of our products and how we can help them. I have sent over 500 Uberflips in the past year alone and have seen a high success rate between sending Uberflips and prospects showing up to demos.
  • organizes content
  • user friendly
  • clean design
  • tracking
  • the web app- not user friendly
Uberflip is well suited for gathering information into a concise and clean looking presentation to present to prospects/clients/customers/etc. I have not used it for tracking or analytics.

Prior to implementing Uberflip, a common issue amongst both our Sales and Marketing teams was that we didn't have a centralized repository to store all of our content. Since implementing Uberflip, we have found that having one central repository to not only store all relevant internal and external facing content has helped streamline our process for finding content and sharing with prospects but has also ensured that the content that we are sharing externally is the most updated version of a document.
  • content repository
  • communication with customers - great CX support!
  • metrics on how prospects/customers are interacting with content shared!
  • Ability to add in personal video recordings to sales/marketing streams
In my prior experience as an SDR using Uberflip, creating customized sales streams for prospects prior to a qualification call as a cadence step didn't seem as useful as when using it post-qualification call or post-demo. Our team has found that it has been most useful when we are able to create one customized landing page for the prospect/account so everything is centralized.

We use uberflip for content management. We have a vast amount of information on our blog to help show organizers and exhibitors have exceptional trades show experiences. We love the user friendly interface and the analytics options. My team is able to quickly add photos and links to make the content more interesting. We recently started creating portfolios on each show we produce and highlight our venue partners.

Uberflip is great for managing content especially across multiple business units. We are able to cross promote and engage customers quickly by adding content to existing streams. I love the Marketo and wistia integrations. The are great for Account Based Marketing and scaling campaigns quickly. Uberflip is perfect for creating case stories and product spotlights for sales to share.

It is being used by our sales and marketing team to power our resource center. It solves the issue of having an easy to use, easy to publish, CMS style tool that various stakeholders can all utilize to create both general content as well as customized content. We run a lot of ABM programs so we benefit from the features it has to create custom streams of content and send them to our high value prospects.
  • Tagging for easy creation of content streams
  • Integrations with various media sources for quick import
  • Out-of-the-Box Analytics
  • CRM/MAP integration
  • Hub design and customization - takes way too long to make changes
  • Explanation up front of what Uberflip can and can't do, its not a robust tool for building content directly within it, its better as a way to aggregate content across sources.
  • More integrations with other ABM tools
  • Pricing structure can be a bit rigid, allow for more customization based on company needs
If you want an easy to use media aggregation tool that can bring in all of your content types from various sources. It is also great to serve as the tool for creating and publishing articles and blog posts. It is good for custom content and ABM style programs. It is less appropriate if you are looking for a true CMS where you can customize the types of pages and content you are creating and publishing with templated layouts.

TL;DR It is not a Wordpress replacement, but a complement.

Our org. uses Uberflip to host our resource center and to aid in account-based marketing efforts. We are able to create targeted marketing and sales streams and embed those in emails and chatbots. We have a moderately custom resource center and use some of the analytics and search engine optimization capabilities.
  • Our CSM and the support team are incredible
  • We take advantage of some of the platform integrations
  • Making changes is simple
  • Customization capabilities
  • Brand look/feel alignment
  • We've experienced major issues granting user permissions
In my opinion, I think Uberflip is suitable for smaller companies that want the ease of use and a quick execution time for making changes. I also like the account base marketing use case and possibilities. I do not think it is the ideal platform to host aligned branding and a larger-scale resource center like we have been doing.

We use Uberflip as a content management system, but as we have continued partnering with them they have continuously released more and more functionality that addresses different business pain points. When we started using Uberflip it was to store content, now Uberflip plays a large role in distributing content and helping to make it easy for our entire organization to leverage content within their specific roles. As we have continued to grow, managing and organizing our content for 5 products across 4 audiences has been a challenge but Uberflip has continued to find ways to easier and more intuitively solve our pain points.
  • Content Management
  • Sales Enablement
  • Reporting
  • Bulk updating/changing
  • Integrating with Marketing Automation System
  • Landing Pages for Demand Generation
  • Design Functionality
Uberflip is well suited to bring your larger organization into sharing content. Instead of relying only on marketing to be driving content, Uberflip has made it easy to integrate content into the sales process or client services process, with the ability to make the experience unique to sales or CS.

Where Uberflip may not be as suited is if you are looking for landing pages to capture leads, most of the time for landing pages designed to sell a product you want to add specific feature copy and be able to place a gate over content without having a user jumping from page to page, while also having the gate capturing information and allowing you to trigger activities from your marketing automation system. Uberflip doesn't allow you to add copy or manipulate a landing page and only allows you to add information from a gate to a static list, which does not allow you to automate the process.

We use it as a content hub/CMS type system. All of our marketing and sales content lives in Uberflip. Before this tool, we were building landing pages in WordPress from scratch. It was time-consuming and we couldn't put out a lot of content because of it. Uberflip eliminated the need for that and our team can now create, publish and promote content quickly.
  • User-friendly backend system
  • Clean frontend
  • Simple and easy CTAs
  • Decent amount of bugs in the system, constantly need to work with support.
  • Continues to raise their prices without adding much extra value.
  • Lots of turnover on their customer team's.
  • Somewhat customizable but could use some work on making hubs not all look exactly the same.
  • Mixed bag on the helpfulness of their teams.
  • Not overly proactive with suggestions for optimization or knowledge of their accounts.
I think it can be good for a really small content marketing team/person. It's fairly simple and easy to use. I don't think the setup process is overly difficult, so you can hit the ground running really quickly with it. I think it's also probably good for a really large team with a lot of moving parts for the same reasons. I think it doesn't work well for more sophisticated content marketing. They have more ABM and sales features, but I think the actual content marketing part of the platform is just okay. I think it's really good for a newer content strategy and less helpful once you've gotten deeper into it

I use it for my marketing campaigns, i found that this tool is awesome in engaging my buyer's persons with the content. The content we create for the customers it was poor quality until we start using this platform, it gave us insights and better formats that we used in our content to have more engagement and it really works. we start setting our SEO and this tool made easy this task too.
  • Create specific content to your buyers
  • It provides personalized pathways that turn prospects into customers
  • It help you to attract customers through your chosen channels
  • Engage customers at the destination
  • Create landing pages
  • A CRM for sabe our customers
Uberflip saves us a lot of time because it uses data to create specific content for your target, before of try this tool we did it manually we have to create the content, try it and then analyze our data to take decisions about the content we will be posting then. Now, we have everything in the same place, and is extremely easy. I think there is nothing wrong with the tool but there are many other strategies we use in our marketing journey so the can integrate more of them

As a services business, thought leadership content was at the center of all of our marketing efforts. With content in a variety of mediums and across a variety of channels, Uberflip helped us centralize all of our content in one destination, and curate experiences for prospects, partners, and customers. We were able to create content destinations for key parts of our customer lifecycle, ABM campaigns for prospects, and co-branded content with partners, all using Uberflip.
  • Content experience.
  • Content management.
  • Campaign execution.
  • Bots in the analytics.
  • Ease of use for automation capabilities.
  • UX flexibility.
Uberflip is a must for marketing teams where content is at the center of your marketing strategy, and/or if you have a variety of audiences that you’re creating content for. Uberflip is probably not a fit for teams who produce small amounts of content and who only produce one type of content for a specific audience.

We use Uberflip to create personalized experiences at scale. We untangled a messy mix of TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content and consolidated it all in a destination that creates two distinct experiences that benefit our business: Personalisation for web traffic and recommendations based on groupings we can dynamically update and tweak based on our knowledge of our audience Surfacing content to sellers and providing the ability to create personalized streams leveraging our vast library of content
  • Content tagging is easy and powerful
  • Sales streams are constantly being improved and iterated on
  • The AI recommendations drive engagement
  • Analytics is continually improved, creating one of the best content analytics I've ever seen
  • The OnBrand process is slow. The team is great, but the backlog slows down iteration.
  • New product features aren't communicated particularly well.
Managing content for both website visitors and sellers Giving sellers the opportunity to personalize streams at scale Integrating with 6sense, MAP, or CRMs Analytics and reporting on content performance Making unique destinations by pain point, solution, or industry Transforming content experiences and being at the cutting edge of content experience

We needed a way that we could really connect with teachers in the K-12 education space. We knew that just sending emails out about our products was not the best way to be engaging with them. We wanted to be a trusted and helpful resource to make teachers' lives easier. The education industry is one of the most stressful and demanding, especially over the last few years. So we created a teacher content resource hub built on the Uberflip platform. This site provides teachers with articles, activities, lesson plans, videos and more to help support their classroom lesson development. Since our audience is made up of such a wide range, we are able to segment the site and our content so teachers are able to quickly find content that would be most relevant to them.
  • Integration into already existing CRM platforms, like Marketo.
  • Robust back-end reporting with the what seems like endless filters.
  • High-level of support from both the account management and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving with a focus on your end goal or what you are trying to accomplish.
  • Basic link reporting, when using simple hyperlinks within content.
The Uberflip platform is great for building a website that is targeted more at content marketing versus an eCommerce site. We use them both hand-in-hand. Driving traffic from one site to the other with very specific goals in mind for each of our site experiences. The tagging functionality on Uberflip is robust and extremely helpful when it comes to back-end reporting. We have been heavily using CTA forms to drive form fills and conversions, all feeding into our CRM system and contributing to our overall lead scoring initiatives.

We use Uberflip as our content experience platform. Uberflip empowers our Marketing and GTM teams to easily create ABM or personalized experiences at scale to the right people at the right time. At the end of the day, Uberflip is essential for our business and drives faster consumption of content by our best-fit prospects and customers. As an ABM marketer, I use Uberflip for 1:1, 1:few, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Easy to use and train sales
  • Journey acceleration
  • Experience Management
  • Hub for all content
  • None that I can really think of
  • CSM handles the few problems we did have with broken code and fixed fast
Uberflip works flawlessly throughout the sales cycle. We encourage AEs to adopt using Sales Assist for everything from prospecting, deal acceleration, and up-sell.

We use Uberflip along with Uberflip Sales Assist for Marketing and Sales content management as well as sales enablement. Uberflip addresses a big problem we have had where we have not had a place to host our content to use in Marketing landing pages, or for the sales cycle. With Uberflip and Uberflip Sales Assist we are able to have content ready to go for whenever we need to create a Marketing landing page on the fly, or for when sales needs to send a piece of content to a prospect or client.

On the sales side of things, Sales Assist personalizes our buyers journey as well as enables us to track how sales content is being consumed by our prospects/clients. For the first time we now know, which of our content is being consumed, which isn't and then allows us to decide as a team "do we update the content that isn't working, or get rid of it all together?"
  • Sales Enablement - We can now have Sales pick and choose what content they want to send out to Clients/Prospects while having all of the data tracked on the back-end
  • Content Management - We can host all of our PDF content in Uberflip so it is easy to pull individually or into sales/marketing use cases
  • Client Relations - Our CSM and the entire Uberflip team has been incredibly helpful in getting us off the ground and helping us figure out how Uberflip fits in exactly with our use cases.
  • Sales Enablement - Though I noted this as one of their strengths, they are still early in the game for their Sales Enablement platform. They are still tweaking the product to be perfect. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, personally I have seen it as a great opportunity to be able to help them adjust their product to satisfy a client like us.
  • Categories - Though I know it is on the roadmap, the lapse of categories on Uberflip pages has been a bit tedious. You can implement them with custom code, but I would prefer to see this built directly in the system
Uberflip is well suited in the sales process, as well as in personalized campaigns for Marketing. In the Sales process, you are able to pick and choose content specifically for a prospect and serve it up in a format that is easy to digest and very dynamic(no more clunky PDFs!). For personalized marketing campaigns, you can take advantage of integrations with other tools(such as 6sense) to change a page's content based on an audience.

We use Uberflip as a resource center. We had accumulated plenty of assets but felt that many were falling through the cracks and being underutilized. We also had several blind spots in reporting. We needed a platform that could organize our content marketing efforts and report on them as well — all within a user-friendly system that everyone on our small team could access. That it does. When developing our hub, Uberflip was able to match their environment to our main website. So, now the team can add and edit assets in the backend and have them be presented consistently and professionally on the frontend. As far as metrics, we were looking to increase our web visitors' time-on-page, pages-per-session, and bounce rate. We also wanted a level of reporting that was previously unavailable (for instance, PDF reading data).
  • Increases pages-per-session
  • Increases time on page
  • User-friendly asset creation and editing
  • Reporting — the current system is slow, and the filters and presets are primitive.
  • Development Support — once your hub is built, the support lead time increases tremendously.
  • Communication — a few months ago, there was some sizable downtime and the issues were never formally addressed by our account manager or leadership.
It is a great way to organize your content and bring new life into old assets. For instance, we are able to pin certain assets to high-traffic areas, but every asset has the benefit of being automatically suggested in one way or another to where it doesn't have to be a manual process. The reporting can get very detailed, although getting to that data can be frustrating. I do a quarterly presentation on our web stats, and I dread pulling data from Uberflip — not because it isn't there, but because it is particularly slow.

We use Uberflip to create an engaging content experience on our website. Our Uberflip Resource Hub houses all of our content and is ultimately used for lead generation by utilizing the gating feature to capture new leads. The Marketing department owns and manages Uberflip, but our Sales department uses the Sales feature that allows them to create personalized streams of content for prospects.
  • Easy Administration - It is incredibly easy and efficient to load new content, update old content, and implement forms/gates
  • The "binge" effect - every page has "Read Next" links for guiding the visitor through to the next piece of content
  • Includes SEO ability for capturing organic traffic
  • The Analytics area was a little hard to navigate, but they just released a new Analytics section that looks like it is much better!
  • Ability to know exactly who is engaging with content without going to another platform to find the data. They are releasing new integrations to Marketing Automation/CRM platforms that will allow this information to now be included!
  • Would like the page layouts to be more customizable without the need for custom code or an on-brand team.
Uberflip is great for anyone who needs an easy-to-manage content experience for their website and lead generation, a more personalized content experience for ABM, or Sales support. If you are looking for a more customized landing page for gated content (for ads, specific campaigns, etc), it is not going to be great for that, but for general website traffic or customized streams of content, it is fabulous.

We have recently implemented Uberflip to host our 'Learning Hub' which is a resource for both our internal employees and our clients. Uberflip has helped us to organize our large video library so that it is easy to find what you are looking for. Our Client Success Manager, Chris is incredibly approachable, friendly and helpful and he has supported us in each step of the way while we create our Hub.
  • Organization of content.
  • Hosting content.
  • Providing assistance.
  • Answering questions.
  • Not all features are intuitive and take some training to learn how to use.
  • Recommended to have a marketing professional on-hand to make your space look nice as the default is very plain.
We are using Uberflip in a very unique case, to host our video library. I believe that Uberflip is better suited for hosting a wide assortment of mediums, but it works quite well for my needs.

We use Uberflip in a variety of ways. From powering our resource center to content promotion within our marketing webpages to nurture streams, Uberflip allows us to deliver the right content to the right user at the right time. Uberflip has allowed us to scale our consumer content journeys across our website.
  • Easy to upload and manage content.
  • Easy to create curated landing zones for business use cases.
  • Customer support is fast to respond and very knowledge.
  • Great onboarding support from implementation team.
  • Analytics is a bit hard to navigate and is slow compared to other tools.
  • Customizing design requires onBrand support which has long turnaround times.
  • While usually brief there are occasional downtimes that result in content being inaccessible.
Uberflip is well suited for businesses looking to up-level their content journey throughout their website. It is easy to use and requires little technical skill (great to save on internal web developer time). There are abundant integrations to help connect your full martech stack.

My company is using Uberflip for three different use cases.

ABM Hub - We started the relationship with Uberflip through our ABM Hub project. This Hub is only being used for our ABM efforts with the marketing team.

Resource Center Hub - This Hub replace our internal CMS built resource center that is the central location for all our external facing resources including PDFs, Videos and Blogs. The main business problem that Uberflip address was discoverability of content. With Uberflip's features such as search, menu filtering and AI based recommendations we were able to make our Resource Center more discoverable and increase time on page.

Internal Content Hub - Our newest hub is an internal place that the whole company can find internal and external content. This hub pulls in content for the Resource Center as well as internal only documents and presentations. This was the first hub we have utilized the authentication features Uberflip provides.

  • Discoverability: Uberflip gives multiple different ways to encourage users to continue the discovery journey. This not only makes the user experience better but simplifies our work as content creators.
  • Analytics: The Uberflip analytics dashboard is extensive and gives you many options of collecting data. In the past we have only had page views and downloads to figure out success of pieces of content. Uberflip breaks it down to even more details about content performance.
  • Problem Solving: My companies use cases have been complicated with a lot of moving parts. The Uberflip team went above and beyond to problem solve every new challenge we sent to them. They had out of the box ideas that made our Hubs perform they way wanted.
  • Building Hubs Backlog: As they are growing as a company the "onBrand" time has drastically increased. A project that was originally said to be built in 8 weeks ended up being around 12. They were good about getting us on the list even before we signed the contract but these delays pushed our internal timeline back.
  • Automation: Uberflip has some great tools to automate tasks within the platform. But I think this has room for improvement. An example would be that when you want to add a form to a piece of content you have to go into each stream and add the form vs having the form automatically be added to all locations of the piece of content.
  • Occasional Downtime: This is another room for improvement area for Uberflip. As they are growing there has been some downtime. Most are only for a few minutes but when they happen it looks like our resource center is down.
[Uberflip is] well suited [for:]
  • Self Service Content Platform - If you are looking for an easy platform to add and manage content Uberflip is great. Our past resource center took 3 days to add a piece of content but with Uberflip you can upload in seconds.
  • Consolidation of Resources: Uberflip has a lot of great ways to bring in different types of content with RSS feeds, Video platform connectors and a whole PDF management section of the platform it makes Uberflip the singe source of truth.
  • Need for specific content focused hubs: If you are a company that has a lot of content that you want to utilized based on theme or campaign Uberflip makes it easy to add marketing streams for every different type of content.
Less appropriate:
  • Development Control: If you want to be able to control the development of your resource center or content hub I would not go with Uberflip. The page is build within their system so if you want to make updates you need to reach out to the Uberflip team.

We use Uberflip to power content experiences globally across our business. It helps us have a centralized location for our content and the ability to better meet the needs of our customers when and how they want to learn about us. We use it to power resource hubs on several websites, host on-demand event experiences, power ABM campaigns and as campaign destinations across marketing.

Uberflip helps increase web lead conversion and aided in increasing organic search traffic. I have seen Uberflip increase marketing productivity by reducing the time to publish content destinations, reducing the need for as many dedicated MAP landing pages, and by allowing regional teams freedom to leverage consistent structure which simplifies approval and compliance.

  • Uberflip's inherent ability to centralize content regardless of format and allow marketers to leverage it to create specific content destinations for a range of marketing use cases has become a mission-critical capability for me. It allows me enable a global distributed team with the tools they need to move rapidly in deploying campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
  • The ability to create personalized content experiences helps drive deeper engagement with our audience and supports account-based marketing efforts at scale.
  • Uberflip allows you to up-level the traditional website resource center experience and provides a way to increase content consumption across our sites. Built-in functionality helps increase organic search traffic by ensuring each content asset is able to be indexed for search.
  • Uberflip also provides a simple way for SDR and sales to share content with customers they are working with while still adhering to branding guidelines and yielding insights on content consumption.
  • While having standardized page templates helps with brand compliance and the ability to publish quickly, the flipside is it can restrict custom needs for say adding additional text on a page or creating a custom layout for a campaign without either engaging Uberflip for design help or having internal resources that can edit code etc.
  • I have seen improvement in Uberflip analytics over the time I have been using the platform but as a data-driven marketer I continue to desire additional insights and ways to connect the data from Uberflip easily with other tracking systems we use.
I think Uberflip is suited for most B2B marketing teams. It is a platform that, for a small team, can provide the infrastructure to deploy content experiences without having to have a lot of internal technical resources and it can grow and scale with them as their teams/business grows. Uberflip can also meet the needs of larger enterprises with the ability to leverage all the same great content but have different teams or divisions pulling the content into the streams they need for their specific campaigns and efforts.

We use Uberflip as our content management and experience platform across our marketing team. It allows us to organize our content by use case, audience, funnel stage and more to deliver more relevant and personalized content journeys to our buyers. Additionally, Uberflip's features enhance our digital marketing strategies by helping us track content consumption better, prop up SEO, and extend the life of all mediums of content.
  • Uberflip helps us build personalized content journeys to help users find the information they need most quickly and nurture themselves through the funnel.
  • Uberflip's on brand experience helps us technical manage and administrate our content in a way that serves our digital marketing strategy on the backend, and presents beautifully on the front end.
  • Uberflip's capabilities support our SEO strategy so we can capitalize on more traditional marketing content that in PDF form.
  • The on-brand capabilities are very robust but do require creative expertise. I would recommend an implementation package if you want to have a beautiful hub and high brand standards.
  • The regular Uberflip hub and sales streams are really intended for marketing and ABM; it's not a solve for all of your sales enablement needs (like training, dynamically recommended content, etc.) I'd recommend their Sales Enablement product for that or coupling with another solution.
  • The usage analytics are great, but we're still working on aligning them to our reporting system (which is pretty advanced).
Uberflip solves for some of the biggest, most common B2B marketing challenges all in one place. We're able to take buyers along a content journey and serve up the content that resonates most with them. And on the back end, all of the features give us the power to optimize SEO, get content-specific engagement insights and the flexibility to serve up content onbrand and where we want it.

Uberflip is only as good as the effort you invest in it. If you don't have enough content, this isn't going to deliver much value. If you don't have content folks (or supporting marketing members) that understand the ins and outs of digital marketing, a lot of Uberflip's power is going to go to waste. It's a tool that is fairly easy to use, but I would say that it really shines when you have the talent internally to power it.

We needed a better way to organize and file our content. After doing some research, we chose Uberflip as our content hub because of its ability to organize our content into categories, topics, and type. It also allowed us to better track leads in Pardot from the source content by campaign or item form fill. This made it easier for the marketing team to attribute MQLs and funnel progression to our marketing efforts.

We also found the organization of content to be very useful for four other target languages that we are focusing on creating more content for. Our pages per visit has seen a huge increase, as has time on page since implementing Uberflip across all the five languages we currently have hubs for.
  • Content organization
  • Design customization
  • Landing page builds (set up streams quickly and easily)
  • Importing of feeds and source streams
  • Customer support is excellent
  • The Pardot integration could be more expansive and easier to set up (some of it's limitations on the Pardot side, however)
  • Ability to gate content in a sales stream
Uberflip is very well suited to content marketing needs; they are constantly improving their product and take customer feature requests seriously. They are open to assisting with workarounds when specific features may not be out-of-the-box items. Their customer support team is very quick in responding, thorough in their explanations, and happy to help for as long as needed until the issue is resolved.

The only real pain points we have experienced have been with the Pardot integration, as it seems that Marketo is better suited to the platform.
