Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We are using Expensify across all departments in our company. The platform allows us to achieve compliance with our expense policy by specifying rules for each category.
  • Ensuring compliance.
  • Ease of use with mobile capture and auto-submit features.
  • Fast reimbursements for the employees.
  • Setting some rules per department would be helpful. Haven't figure that one out yet.
  • Allowed to be more efficient with a smaller staff footprint.
  • Employees love the ease of use.
  • If you have to reject anything you can write a note and it sends the e-mail to the employee. No need to cut and paste things into an e-mail!
We thought Expensify had a more updated look and easier UI. Expensify seemed to be able to handle our requirements as well.
It works and saves me a ton of time.

The product has grown quite a bit in the few years that I have been using it. I haven't used it on an enterprise-level anywhere so I can't speak to how it would perform in a large volume/user application. I think it excels at small or mid-sized companies.
