The only reason I ever actually submit my expense reports.

It is very solidly designed. I wish I could understand some of its functionality better, but I very much appreciate it as a key tool in my workplace. There are a few things I wish it could do (i.e., help me figure out how to streamline some business-specific things, such as an external spreadsheet that is not in the format of the exports), but I'm incredibly happy with it.

I've honestly referred many staff to Expensify. I honestly can't think of a situation where it wouldn't be helpful, because it organizes and itemizes things so clearly, I have few complaints! A small frustration is that it doesn't seem to handle some multiple uploads well (i.e., if you have an itemized receipt and a post-gratuity receipt, I've had to do some backend editing to have it show up in a single item). I could be doing it wrong, but that was unclear how to work around it.
