Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify for our corporate expense management. It is a web based tool which can be accessed seamlessly by our 1000+ employees spread across US working remotely in most of the cases. It is used to log expenses, upload receipts, file reports, approval by the finance team and payout of the reimbursement amount to the employee. It enables reporting of T&E expenses across divisions and teams

  • Update on the status of the expense report

  • Email notifications of the actions taken

Very easy to use the product. Took me just a few minutes when I used the product for the first time and has gotten only easier since then. The tool is very fast and minimal downtime. Never faced any outages or bugs in the system. The information needed to file expenses is bare minimum.
Expensify solution is much easier to use. It is much simpler, faster and user friendly. It makes the whole experience much smoother and is very transparent for the users. There is no downtime, everything is available in a single place. The system is ideal for a team working on remote locations or working from home

It is an ideal solution for all small to medium sized organizations which want a quick and easy solution for expense management which is very easy to understand and use for all employees. The large organizations might want a more custom solution based on their specific corporate reporting needs as well as complex policies.
