We implemented Expensify last year in our organisation.
We had a very manual process that was very time consuming for the whole team. WE wanted to have something easy to track on the go and that could be easily adjusted to our needs as well as having strong reporting capabilities, and Expensify ticked all the boxes, as well as a very competitive market price.

For us the deal was with the cost per user. We are a small company with a tight budget and basic expense management needs, so although there are plenty of tools in the market for expense management, it was way over our budget. I needed also to be able to implement it and manage it as a one-human show, so needed to make sure it was easy to understand and customise.
