Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
We use Expensify for our expense management and overall it provides an excellent customer experience . We do expense approval workflow and also storing and capturing receipts to ensure proper accounting. Everything is easier to sort. We have used this for over 3 years and it has really reduced the amount of work that our team needs to do with regards to expense reports. Expensify allows great user experience by offering periodic changes. Expensify is handy in keeping track of both personal or business expenses.

- At times, the app might be slow in responsiveness
- The need to manually export data on the desktop
- Time spent by the application processors on expense reports has been reduced by 50% on a weekly basis.
