Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I personally use Expensify to track all expenses paid for business use. It helps keep me organized especially on purchases where i use my personal funds and need to be reimbursed. I use it to track my spending as well.

Pros

  • Monthly Expense Reports
  • Tracking of receipts
  • Management of subordinates' expenses.
  • Maintaining budget

Cons

  • more user-friendly on the App
  • other forms of output
  • Being able to have multiple users under 1 account
  • Quicker turnaround on expense reports
  • All electronic so more efficient
  • Easy to use
Overall very easy, probably harder on using it on a PC vs the app.
Before it was always just taking pics and sending to office.

I really like it with day to day functionality. It is great when using personal funds to do business and get reimbursed. My accounting department likes it as well with the attached receipts for them to review and categorized.
