Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify Has recently been implemented to Digitize a previously manual expense reporting system. As a small company, like many others, our expense reporting included photocopying paper receipts, filling out a spreadsheet, and submitting a manually assembled PDF document to be reimbursed. This was a time-consuming process that introduced many potential points of mistakes.
Pros
- The ability to email multiple digital receipts and have them accepted into Expensify with many of the most common fields recognized, is a huge time saver.
- The user interface is straightforward and makes categorizing expenses and adding any missing information very straightforward.
- The ability to quickly review past expenses, deleted receipts, and submitted reports is very useful.
Cons
- Adding expenses related to mileage, especially trips that are duplicates of trips that have happened in the past, could be streamlined.
- I save approximately one hour per month on expense reports.
