Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to text a mobile version of our bimonthly company newsletter (which we create through Constant Contact) to all of our employees. This has been proven to help them read it (have a better percentage rate of opening for the newsletter) and get better access to it. A few of our employees don't like receiving text messages (especially from work!) so there are some who have unsubscribed from the texts but for the majority, it seems to go well and the staff like being able to have faster access to it.

Pros

  • Group Text.
  • Images with Text.
  • Scheduled Texting.

Cons

  • Better images for sending texts.
  • Guides/tips on creating engaging texts.
  • Ability to add video??
  • Better user interface - seems a little outdated.
  • We only use this within the company so we can't really comment on this.
It's easy to use and figure out but I wish there were more ways to customize and have more fun with it.

Works well to make company announcements for an entire staff of over 60 employees. Easy to use.

When it comes to customization and having more fun with sending the texts, we hear you! It's a big part of what we hope our customers can achieve: getting the word out, strong communication with their customers and making it fun and uniquely your own. We do utilize shutterstock for images which has a TON of options to send to your employees. Outside of that, I'd suggest reaching out to our support either at Support@EZTexting.com or directly on our site as depending on the plan your company currently has, we might have a few features that can definitely give you more options!
