Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We used EZ Texting primarily as our bulk texting provider for SMS and MMS campaigns. We have an association client who needed to reach all members at one time and to track folks that were opting in or out and were also worried about compliance TCP compliance for obvious reasons. We were generally pretty happy with the platform.
- Not sure, we just didn't get a lot of back end feedback.
- It was difficult to get support from them as well.
It was fairly easy to use in terms of sending out texts but it was also a little clunky in the setup and then after sends it was not great in terms of results and finding things in the data.
We didn't do any onboarding, we signed up and worked our way around the site - it wasn't optimal in terms of onboarding.
Echo19 -- it's a texting and IVR platform. We have had great success with them in the past. They have great real-time analytics that you can run while your project is live, and a simple and very intuitive interface that allows for the creation and deployment of projects on a very quick timeline.

I think it's great if you don't have a network of texting platforms to reach out to or if you have no clue about TCP or 10DLC regulations. If you want a lot of back-end data analytics, etc, or something that will tell you about click rates to complete a form or something along those lines then you will not be happy with the product.
