Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I text prospects who have opted in for more information about the business

Pros

  • Sending group texts
  • Letting me know if texts go through
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Sometimes the service wasn't working, for whatever reason
  • It's been helpful in being able to quickly respond to contacts
  • More responses than the email autoresponders
It is easy to use. Just have had some issues with the system/network not working at various times.
I haven't used other products

It's suited for small businesses that don't have a good texting option. I'm guessing it might not be as useful for mass texting, but it's perfect for smaller users.
