Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting is the main program we use at The Music Yard for communicating with our clients, wether it is 1-on-1 communication, or group communication. It's easy to use, but also has a ton of really great features! From the web browser, to the Ipad, and Iphone apps EZ Texting work great across all platforms, and with multiple users on at the same time. EZ Texting has helped optimize our time and makes it real quick and easy to communicate with clients and with our staff. You could definitely use EZ Texting to your benefit!

- Getting sign-ups for new clients at outbound events and beginning communication with them on the spot, provide more effective retention.
We have toyed around with AI Compose but have not yet started using it. It hasn't quiet created responses to our type of industry just yet that would respond in a like manner to our regular communication. It has helped generate some responses that we have then edited to dial them in to what we need. So it does at times, help optimize workflow.
We have only ever used EZ Texting and have no reason to look anywhere else.
