Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our company works in the highway maintenance industry where most of our employees are located out in the field, with no access to computers for email communication. We have found EZ Texting to be the perfect tool for reaching our employees and sharing important company announcements. We have also included links to safety videos for our employees to watch, which helps us comply with DOT regulations. Overall we are quite pleased with the user experience that EZ Texting provides.
  • User friendly interface for managing contacts and groups
  • The ability to send SMS and MMS texts
  • Ease of adding credits as needed
  • It would be helpful if EZ Texting could recommend credit purchases based on texting trends (AI tool?)
  • Adding an AI feature to the text message would help with optimizing message content.
  • Maintaining regular contact with our employees out in the field
  • Reduces the need to travel to field locations for in-person meetings when often a few text messages can cover the information being shared.
  • Ability to tailor text messages to a specific group by region, project team, function, where needed.
The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. EZ Texting also provides feedback to the user when credits are low and need to be added. The instructions provided are also clear and understandable.
I have not yet had the opportunity to use the AI Compose feature, but sounds like I need to try it!

It is important to remember this communication tool is strictly one-way communication. One (minor) issue we have had is when employees respond to a text message, thinking it is going out to all employees, or all in the text group. When in fact it all comes directly to the account owner. I recommend periodic employee surveys to collect feedback from your teams.
