We use EZ Texting to connect with leads and customers alike. Its standout advantage is that, unlike email, texting bypasses the spam folder issue. While some marketing emails land in primary inboxes and others get filtered into spam, texts sent via EZ Texting reach their recipients about 98% of the time, assuming the phone number isn’t a landline, disconnected, or invalid. By using text messages, we avoid the email spam barrier and successfully reach our audience, contributing to better communication with customers and prospects. We send regular messages via ez texting to our contacts, which allows us to see who is interested in hearing from our organization.

- We would appreciate a simple, easy way to compare pricing plans based on potential usage amounts. The credits can make it feel like you have to run a calculation and go through a multi-step formula to figure out what you will pay for the software each month.

We do not use the AI Compose feature.
The onboarding process for ez texting is more straightforward and less cumbersome than other texting options. Ez texting lets you know what documentation is needed, typical response times, what party you are waiting on (the phone carriers, for example), that you have to provide your privacy policy, and all the steps in the process.
