Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to connect with leads and customers alike. Its standout advantage is that, unlike email, texting bypasses the spam folder issue. While some marketing emails land in primary inboxes and others get filtered into spam, texts sent via EZ Texting reach their recipients about 98% of the time, assuming the phone number isn’t a landline, disconnected, or invalid. By using text messages, we avoid the email spam barrier and successfully reach our audience, contributing to better communication with customers and prospects. We send regular messages via ez texting to our contacts, which allows us to see who is interested in hearing from our organization.

  • The credit pricing system can be confusing when comparing different plans.
  • The email and mobile app notifications can be streamlined. They alert you about both opt-outs and regular messages, like customer questions. Ideally, the notifications should only show regular messages, and the opt-outs should resolve themselves in the background.
  • We would appreciate a simple, easy way to compare pricing plans based on potential usage amounts. The credits can make it feel like you have to run a calculation and go through a multi-step formula to figure out what you will pay for the software each month.
  • Generates at least 2 - 5 customer inquiries each time we send a text message to our list.
  • Provides up 97% delivery rates at least 99% of the time.
  • Support representatives typically get back to you in 24 - 48 hours.

Very user-friendly. Straightforward onboarding process. Great tool to see who received your message, if they responded to it, who clicked on what link in the text message, why delivery rates are the way they are, saves you from the email spam folder, gives you an understanding that your message did reach the intended individual even if they don't respond to you, is a very robust communication platform that is highly recommended.
We do not use the AI Compose feature.
The onboarding process for ez texting is more straightforward and less cumbersome than other texting options. Ez texting lets you know what documentation is needed, typical response times, what party you are waiting on (the phone carriers, for example), that you have to provide your privacy policy, and all the steps in the process.

It is great to reach people who have given you their phone numbers. You can connect with leads and customers, strengthening rapport and staying in touch with them. They work well with Facebook ads through the Zapier connection, allowing you to follow up with prospects. However, if a business cannot access its leads' phone numbers, the tool will not be of much use. I know of a senior care company that was in business for years but relied strongly on email marketing. They did not ask for their leads' phone numbers and, therefore, did not find EZ Texting useful. That is expected from a company that does not ask prospects for their phone numbers.
