Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I use it to share communications and reminders with Church Members. It helps to centralize communications with groups that are targedted which make communciations easy for our communications team. I love EZ Texting and its easy to use dashboard and features. I would recommend using the tool for any size organization for quick and easy communictions. Bobo Data Systems

Pros

  • Straight forward UI/UX
  • Easy user platform to quicky addd users and groups

Cons

  • I would like to see AI added to the platform to communication and manage with speech
  • ROI is Great
  • Helps me to easily deliver messaging and schedule communications
Really easy to us and straight forward. Also tutorials and knowledgebase document are excellent for quickly referencing.
I don't use AI Compose. I did try it but messaging comes from a script created by Church leadership.
Best tool that I have used so far.
