Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to communicate with our association members. Our members often change jobs which makes keeping up with accurate email addresses for communications difficult. We have found most people will keep the same phone number, so text messaging has been a more effective way of communicating.

Pros

  • Allowing us to communicate with our members based on specific groups or areas.
  • Staying in touch with members we otherwise would have lost contact with.
  • Getting out urgent communications quickly.

Cons

  • We'd love to have EZ Texting directly integrate with RegFox, our event registration platform.
  • I feel like there are features that could be beneficial to us that we are not utilizing. It would be nice to have emails or webinars go out to customers highlighting everything EZ Texting can do.
  • Our deliverable rates are much higher via text than emails.
  • We are able to secure additional registrations and revenue for our events, sponsorships, and membership due to the increased reach we have via text.
Overall, EZ Texting is fairly user friendly. Our team has not had any issues figuring out how to use it.
EZ Texting allows us to quickly communicate with our members and stay in touch with them if they move, switch jobs, or their emails are sent to spam or junk.

EZ Texting has been great for quick and urgent messages as well as reminders. It has been more difficult to use for our events or emails where there is a lot of detail or information that needs to be shared.

While we don't currently have a direct integration with RegFox, many customers connect EZ Texting to event platforms using Zapier. This can help automate things like creating or updating contacts, adding people to groups, or triggering messages based on registrations.
