I use Fin by Intercom daily. It helps me organize my ideas better and respond to my clients. It also allows me to be more friendly or helps me to rephrase repetitive responses based on the work I did. It's a great tool for me as a support agent.

The experience here is not good. Although we have a knowledge base, the AI agent sounds very robotic, and our clients prefer to chat with a human rather than a robot.
