Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

I use Fin by Intercom daily. It helps me organize my ideas better and respond to my clients. It also allows me to be more friendly or helps me to rephrase repetitive responses based on the work I did. It's a great tool for me as a support agent.

  • The resume feature is not 100% accurate.
  • Translation feature is not 100% good.
  • Sometimes tech issues make the Fin feature slow.
  • Greater customer service.
  • Improved rates from clients.
  • Be more organized.
Sometimes the bot repeats the same responses, which can be frustrating for our customers. It may also sound a bit repetitive and less natural than a human conversation.
The experience here is not good. Although we have a knowledge base, the AI agent sounds very robotic, and our clients prefer to chat with a human rather than a robot.
