Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use Flight to manage all of our digital assets, both internally and client facing. Our company now enjoys extra time saved using this tool which before was wasted on an outdated and slow DAM tool. The branded experiences that are seen by our customers help solidify the professional experience they've entered when using Flight.
  • The user experience is very intuitive and navigating to find what you need takes seconds.
  • Custom branding and narrowed portal experiences are game changers for our company.
  • The ease of user setup and navigation from day one is no match to our previous solution.
  • There is very little to complain about when using Flight. I would like to see a more robust brand opener page after sign in much like is seen on the custom portal landing pages.
  • We are already seeing improved usage of this tool compared to our last due to the clean user interface and speed at which you can find and download the assets you.
  • With our previous outdated tool, we were paying double what we now pay for Flight. In my estimation, this platform is at least twice as good as what we were using before. With those two things considered we are definitely coming out ahead.
Flight had the right combination of features our company was looking for at price that couldn't be beat by the other companies that we were considering for implementation. Once Flight came into the picture with our search we realized we had found a winner. The implementation and customer service has been impeccable with helping us on board.
Flight is perfectly set up for situations where you would like to hold your entire library of digital assets to have everything in one place but set up custom portals for specific areas of the brand or for client use to allow them only a certain portion of your asset library. If you have multiple terabytes of assets it may get a little speedy paying for more storage.
