Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

We use Freshdesk for our help desk ticketing system. Our clients submit tickets and we solve their technical issues. We have tried three other paid ticketing systems and still came back to Freshdesk. It just works. We really love it!

Pros

  • Ticketing

Cons

  • Some fields we have to double entry like the phone number has to be put in manually upon ticket creation
  • I find very little to improve, we really like this setup/product
  • We use it every day
We set it up and used it. Very easy.
We are able to keep track of our customers needs with Freshdesk. Nothing falls through the cracks this way and they are satisfied.
We've used many and we continue to come back to Freshdesk. It just works!
