We use Freshdesk for our help desk ticketing system. Our clients submit tickets and we solve their technical issues. We have tried three other paid ticketing systems and still came back to Freshdesk. It just works. We really love it!

- Some fields we have to double entry like the phone number has to be put in manually upon ticket creation
- I find very little to improve, we really like this setup/product
