Overall Satisfaction with Frontline Absence Management (formerly Aesop)
Frontline Absence Management is used to manage employee absences and substitute assignments. It allows managers to view the vacations and hours and approve accordingly.

- Interfaces with our business system
- Understandable interface

- Management of vacation/sick time
- Specifics as to why employees are not at work
- Ability to change fields, such as a new one we created for COVID related absences
- No negative impacts.
- Positive is that it is user friendly, reliable, and has good customer service.
Frontline is really the only service I've encountered in my last 15 years in public education. Because it is understandable, easy to use, and clear to managers, I would not say it has much room for improvement. It integrates well with other systems we have, which is a plus. We also appreciate the customer service.
