Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, We didn't have the concept of a Customer 360, so Gainsight CS has allowed us to bring information from multiple sources to allow internal employees get a bigger picture view of an account. The Gainsight CS product has really helped internal teams coagulate information into one source to make decisions.
