Overall Satisfaction with Gist
We use Gist to manage our blogging workflows. Originally, I used a combination of 5 tools. Now I use just 1 tool (Gist). We use it to run our drip campaigns, engage with site visitors, send out our newsletter, and also manage subscribers.
- Drip emails.
- Live chat.
- Support is awesome.
- The mobile app could be better.
- Too many features makes the app a little less user-friendly.
- We would love it if they had their own landing pages -- that's a key thing missing.
- Instead of 5 tools, I rely on only 1 tool now.
- More automation, so that's less manual work from my side.
- We come across more professional as a business.
