Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We are a small company and we use Gist on our SaaS product to keep track of users and help them if they have an issue using our application. We also use Gist on our product website to provide a live chat feature (we activate and de-activate the chat feature when we need).
  • Really fast integration
  • Easy to use
  • A lot of new features keep coming
  • The cloud solution doesn't work with some clients.
  • We are able to help directly our users that asks questions within the chat.
  • Drift
Gist had a really nice offer on Appsum and Drift does chat only.
Gist is well suited for cloud applications, but we can't use it for some clients (due to restrictive cloud policies).
