Overall Satisfaction with Gist

I've used Gist for quite a while now and this is the first tool I can use to the full extent. The logic in workflow makes sense and I am very happy.
I use Gist with my team to deliver instant support to our customers via chat and our knowledge base. We've also set up a funnel for our frontend on the website so potential customers can ask questions easily.

  • Learning curve, it's not easy to setup but once you have it's awesome.
  • New feature integrations are also tough to fit into your existing workflow.

  • Not measured. It makes our lives a lot easier.
A lot more mature and complete packages. From automation to live chat that just works easier and looks a lot better. I think visual looks are important and Gist just nails that really good. It is also completely customizable and uses your colors and logo to make it a good Whitelabel solution.
You can use Gist for customer support and customer sales. Use automation to keep customers informed, educated and happy. It's really online based and focusses on small to medium size businesses. The team features are good but not as great as HubSpot but the price is much much better. So yes, I would recommend Gist to a lot of people and already did!
