Overall Satisfaction with Gist
I've used Gist for quite a while now and this is the first tool I can use to the full extent. The logic in workflow makes sense and I am very happy.

A lot more mature and complete packages. From automation to live chat that just works easier and looks a lot better. I think visual looks are important and Gist just nails that really good. It is also completely customizable and uses your colors and logo to make it a good Whitelabel solution.
