Overall Satisfaction with Gist

I use Gist for all my marketing and customer support needs. As an insurance website, we were able to automate a lot of things we do on a daily basis with Gist, saving a lot of time for other tasks.

Pros

  • Chat works like a charm.
  • Endless automation options.

Cons

  • Better documentation.
  • We can respond to customers faster.
  • Increased customer orders.
Mailchimp has more to offer and is easier to use, and is more self-explanatory, especially if you start with the free version. You don't get support with Mailchimp if you use the free plan.
Gist is well suited for business both small and large.
