Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong to listen back to my recorded calls. It is nice not to have to take as detailed notes and actually listen to the customer talking. Also, I am able to listen back and learn what I can improve on as I am constantly striving to get better in my pitch or managing my accounts.
- Taking notes
- Allowing managers to comment on portions within the calls
- Listening to other peers calls who I can learn from
- The more calls I listen to the most those deals progress
