Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use it in the sales department as well as on the customer experience side. Being able to quickly revisit our calls and search words used is a game changer. We no longer need detailed notes and can focus on the customer. Also, the stats are super helpful when trying to improve.

It does, but the way my team uses is a little different, since we are not sales/BDR; we are customer success, so the data that is acquired is not as relevant. It would be good if they had a focus on customer experience as well.
