Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong for recording our calls, I guess it's very useful when you have a call in English because you can have easily a recap the call and know the next steps. I also use Gong to have a backup of what was said on a call, and have it as a proof if someone says something that is not correct. Unfortunately I work with 5 markets the transcriptions is only really useful when you speak in English, for any other language not so great.

- Automation "recap email" sent the user after a call so the user has it on their email without the need to go to GONG.
