Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong has made my day-to-day at work SO MUCH EASIER! It's super user-friendly, reliable, and the transcript is always accurate so I don't have to spend time listening to a call if I don't need to. I've used several programs similar to Gong, but this is by far the best I have ever used. Thank you, Gong!

As a National Sales Manager, I spend a lot of time listening to calls to ensure my team is following compliance rules and our sales process. Gong has made it very easy to ensure they are staying on track and will inform me if flagged words are used in the call.
