Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong helps us to find our best sales calls, and train new AEs and SDs using it while outlining the most impactful parts of each of these calls.It is definitely a great tool that has supported our growth in the last couple of years.

  • CS relevant features (we could use Gong for renewals as well)
