We use Gong for:
Making Calls to client and recording them.
Coaching by listening to calls.
Listening to Calls.
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to navigate
  • Allows a lot of users on at once
  • It crashes often
  • It doesnt hear accents well
  • Makes a Managers life easier
  • Return on Investment
Like I have said before Gong is incredibly easy to use. It's easily accessible in any area of the program.
This has been an amazing use for our company. We are able to track so many different things within the system. We are able to track any word, phrase, or anything you want to track!
We are able to re listen to calls on what customers are wanting. We are implementing their needs into our daily tasks.

I believe for a sales company this is an amazing product. We are all able to be logged in at once. Quick and easy to find a call from any Concierge on our team.
