Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I love film review but even more I like being able to tag my manager, VP, Sales enablement or even other reps to ask for advice on an area I am looking to improve.I even go on other reps calls that are more seniored and ask why they did something a certain way.It has been very user friendly and has helped me learn where I can improve in stats and understanding how I sell compared to others.I use it more than once a day!

  • importing calls hard to associate at times
  • increases revenue through building up reps
  • saves time
simply put: easy to use once you go through the training
I can only speak as a =n IC. But it has helped me see overall and over time my stats and how they have improved. talk ratio, interactivity, deal stage time line and more
yes. however, because i have a broad customer base it is not always helpful.

Well suited:
Asking for coaching and reviewing your own calls. It makes it easy to dig through multiple calls to find an area that I want to rview
