I use Gong daily to record, share my calls, and access summaries of my customer conversations.
Pros
- AI tool to find specific topics in calls.
- Able to share calls in a secure way.
- Fast summary of the call with all the transcript.
Cons
- Improvements in language detection for calls are needed. If you have an accent, the system tends to provide information in that accent's language rather than the language of the actual conversation.
- Reduce times for handovers with AEs, AMs and CS Teams.
- Increased efficiency by providing tips on how to improve calls.
- Rapid access to the main points of conversations or specific things customers have highlighted on calls.
Yes, you can ask questions such as what this customer's people objectives are, and it will provide all the information where any objective has been shared.
I haven't use it for this.
