I use Gong every day as a Customer Success Manager for call recording, next steps, customer sentiment, and mostly, see what was covered on the last call.

The AI helps a lot with knowing next steps and call summaries. There are still some issues where it puts out of context action items in the summary.

Gong's keyword helps a lot being able to build reports off of those.
Gong's overall functionality and reliability is the the #1 reason.
