Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I really love using the 'rephrase' feature on emails. If I don't like the way my email is written, this feature rewrites it for me without changing the meaning of it. This is super useful. Also, it tells me when a prospect last opened my email—so very useful! It also has this superb ability to analyze my calls and tell me what they were all about. This saves so much time!

Pros

  • Analyses calls like a magician and like a real human.
  • tracks email opens, giving more insights on which clients are showing interest and who aren't.
  • Rephrases emails professionally in seconds.

Cons

  • Asks me to refresh my page to see updates and there is no option to skip this.
  • The purple bar remains on top of the page unless i refresh it.
  • Too many options on the menu on the website, confuses me at times.
  • I don't handle this aspect of the sales process.
It's a very intelligent software, helping me in my daily work and, in fact, making it easier. I haven't come across any aspect of Gong that isn't doing what it is supposed to do. The software can listen to a call between humans, create a transcript, and tell me the result of the call!?! This is already too good! I can't wait to see what else Gong can accomplish.
My job role doesn't require that much insight from Gong right now, as im able to complete my tasks over calls and emails. But Gong helps me understand how clients respond to my emails.
Not really sure about this.
My employer selected Gong, and I think they made a great decision. However, Cirrus Insight was not working as well as it was supposed to.

People who work with sales calls and emails will find it very useful, as it can do wonders in this area. It can really help in understanding areas of improvement. People working with clients in person will find it less useful, as they won't really be using much tech to sell their product/service.
