Overall Satisfaction with Gong

It is a great tool for recording calls with prospect/clients then summarizing the highlights and next steps.

Pros

  • Call recording
  • Call highlights
  • Call next steps
  • Ability to share recordings
  • Call insights and anlytics

Cons

  • outbound email campaigns
  • The ability to go back to previous calls during long sales cycles has allowed me to more accurate in alignment when reengaging with clients.
I would give it a 10 except the email outbound campaigns.
Gong does a pretty good job on the AI. There still needs to be some tweaking but overall it is pretty accurate.
I have not seen how Gong does this but that could be because I've never looked for this.
