Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to record my demos and use those recordings for learning and coaching purposes. It's also a great reference to ensure I am not missing important information and can help you prep for any follow-up calls.

Pros

  • Records all Zoom meetings.
  • The AI features help you quickly filter through calls and provide great follow-ups.
  • Helps me learn from previous calls.

Cons

  • The only issues I have are due to restrictions with the package my company is on, not the product itself. I wish I had more access.
  • It allows me to run better demos.
  • It saves me time when prepping for follow-up calls.
I think Gong is a great product, and I would be very disappointed if I lost access to it.
I have been very impressed by Gong's AI insights.
I should look into this more, but I haven't spent much time analyzing it. I know our leadership team leans into this capability.
