Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is helping our organization with many go to market activities for Business Development, Sales and Account Management/Customer Success. We are using for call recordings, call sharing internally and externally, analysis of all calls, action items, next steps and more to improve overall collaboration efforts. In addition, continuing to use for more use cases

Gong user interface is understandable after appropriate training. The populated filters in the search helps. The multiple dashboards for different purposes helps usability. Insights is automatically provided most of the time without having to generate or click buttons. Integrations with MS Teams and Gainsight has also helped streamline along with providing Gong visibility in other high priority areas
Actionable insights have benefited my work flow as a customer success manager at a SaaS organization. I have not used the AI functionality often
Big time! Being able to key word within transcripts, ready recaps and insights is helpful. These insights can be taken and have already been used at our org for trends and competitive research information

It has helped improve processes tremendously. From prospecting, to sales conversation, account management and customer success for a client renewing. It has helped with calls insights, recaps, action items, topics covered. Helping improve internal and external collaboration. Gong recording sharing to enable customers on trainings and best practices passed along during calls.
