Gong is helping our organization with many go to market activities for Business Development, Sales and Account Management/Customer Success. We are using for call recordings, call sharing internally and externally, analysis of all calls, action items, next steps and more to improve overall collaboration efforts. In addition, continuing to use for more use cases

Big time! Being able to key word within transcripts, ready recaps and insights is helpful. These insights can be taken and have already been used at our org for trends and competitive research information
