Overall Satisfaction with Gong

we use Gong to evaluate our sales call and provide feedback and take notes to then send follow up emails to our prospects

Pros

  • Generating follow up emails to sent to prospects

Cons

  • Better AI capability
  • Better communication features
  • Higher conversion
  • Better note taking for meetings
It’s the best user interface I’ve worked with
we use the insides to see what our talk ratios are and how good we are at patience. I have always seen accurate insights with Gong and they have helped me improve my sales capabilities
This is not something that I have noticed that they have. I don’t know if they have any way of tracking trends across customers in the market
