Saves time on taking notes and reviewing meetings.

  • Summarizes meeting
  • Tracks meeting for each of my customers

Cons

  • Track google calendar and schedule meetings automatically
  • Saves me a ton of time as a customer success manager
It's all very intuitive to use and provides more than what I expect it to do.
Very accurate summary and action items of meetings
Gong has helped me track my customer requirements and goals/scheduling so that I can align and better support them.
