Overall Satisfaction with Gong

As a CSM I use Gong to review customer calls for action items, follow ups, and prep for upcoming meetings. It's a critical tool for me to provide a personal touch to my larger book of business. I rewatch previous calls, use the AI features to quickly summarize and prep resources for my clients before calls and after.

  • Gong helps me quickly search for customers who may be struggling with certain product areas and need support.
  • Gong is helpful for collaborating with the sales teams on deals that need to be prioritized and to remember where the deal is at.
Gong is intuitive to use and has a great UI that allows me to quickly find the info I need without spending too much time in the platform.
Gong's AI features have saved me countless hours this past year following up with clients after meetings and helping to provide recaps, resources, and next steps. Looking forward to see even more advanced AI summaries that capture even more of what the customer needs or is looking for.
By providing an easily accessible history of all previous calls with a customer and the ability to search terms across all calls provides a great resource for finding similar issues that customers may be having and how other team members have handled those situations.

Gong is the perfect SaaS tool for sales teams to uplevel the customer support and insights we can provide by helping analyze calls. It provide a great environment to get feedback from management and take notes for the sales team while we focus on the conversation that will drive results for the business.
