Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong records sales calls for easy reference to remember what exactly was said, who was present, and when the call took place. It also summarizes action items. In addition, it is very valuable for new employee training and account transitions between team members.

- call transcripts

Cons
- the transcript creation still has room for accuracy improvement
- would like search by company participant vs just email
- menu has many items individual contributors never use
- improving team communications with customers
- improving sharing of information across the team
- helping with accurate and timely follow up
Summaries of action items/next steps is very valuable along with the general call summaries that are sent in the email notifications
