Gong is fantastic took for tracking and managing client engagements. It provides us with insight on customer interactions and learning points for the team to improve on.
Pros
- Call recording - detailed analysis of the call
- Searchability - great at finding points in a call or surfacing key information on an account
- Training points - it breaks down interactions for comparison against industry standard benchmarks
Cons
- Transcription isn't always accurate
- It saves the reps time in making call notes and follow-up emails, making the team more efficient
