Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is fantastic took for tracking and managing client engagements. It provides us with insight on customer interactions and learning points for the team to improve on.

Pros

  • Call recording - detailed analysis of the call
  • Searchability - great at finding points in a call or surfacing key information on an account
  • Training points - it breaks down interactions for comparison against industry standard benchmarks

Cons

  • Transcription isn't always accurate
  • It saves the reps time in making call notes and follow-up emails, making the team more efficient
It's extremely easy to use and very intuitive. The dashboards are clear and self explanatory

It's my favourite software tool. It's great for individual learning and improvement, learning from colleagues when onboarding and for managers to gain insight into team activity.
