For recording and call tracking

SO EASY TO USE. Very very intuitive. Kind of foolproof. No need to do any training or ramping or onboarding for it. It has a nice flow and it is organize in a way you can find stuff easily. Any kinda area could use it from CS to AE to BDR/ADR.
In my role in specific it hasn't. But i imagine it could be easy to find if the prospects mentions something about the market. The platform would pick up on keywords automatically and you wont really need to do anything about it to find it. More than that I haven't encountered a situation like this.

Perfect to find information on a closed lost account or a follow up account that you are chasing and need some context on. Perfect for training to. Easy to give out and receive feedback. It is nice it is also connected to Slack so you get live comments from management
