At my company we use Gong to review recorded calls, demos, and discovery meetings. It is incredibly useful for training purposes, breaking down calls, and being able to listen and remember what a prospect might have said. We also use it to check the statistics of how many calls team members are listening to.

It has provided incredible insights especially as the sales process transitions to next steps. Being able to listen back to an hour call and hear certain things you might have missed during the original call offers a great opportunity to be prepared for future calls and also learn from your mistakes.
Gong bas helped build insight by checking the percentage of certain topics discussed during calls, it helps you leverage what's been most important for most customers you engage with and ensures you are focusing on what's most important. In a sales environment, specifically a remote environment it really helps you focus on things you typically wouldn't.
