Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Recording calls with clients and prospects for training and coaching purposes. This helps us improve the way we sell to prospects and support current customers, as well enabling smooth onboarding of new team members

Pros

  • Summarises calls
  • Live coaching feature
  • Joining calls automatically

Cons

  • User experience and interface, I find it sometimes a bit overwhelming
  • More customisation
  • Time saving on writing notes and sharing key insights
  • Had an impact on ROI but I can't quantify it
It's good, but I've not heard often from a representative who would like to understand more about the way we use it and how it could improve
Yes, I think they are quite accurate and useful, although I still rely on chatGPT more
I would personally rate Jiminny slightly hire because of the support they offer and customisation
