We use it to capture all sales and BDR calls and then extract BANT and MEDPICC from that

- The process of adding to adhoc calls could be easier
- The interface can be a little overwhelming for new users
- An onboarding process for what all capabilities are available would be nice
- Reduces time to input info from calls
- Allows us to see gaps and sentiment of buyers on our calls
- Allowed us to better understand prospect evaluations and understand when things may be going wrong
It has been an incredible benefit, from capturing the full call details, to action items, to pulling out our criteria and understanding gaps that we may have
It has given us a much cleaner and consistent picture across all of our prospects, both from a product standpoint, as well as from a usability standpoint
Just way more depth of detail. It seems more purpose suited for our particular use case (sales and pre-sales), while the others were more suited for general note taking
