Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record internal meetings, cold calls, demos, and onboarding with our clients. I use Gong every single day to listen for way to improve my outreach, objection handle, or additional learning. When I was an SDR my manager would score our calls and bring them to our 1:1 to dissect.

Gong has provided this with flying colors.
Our enablement team will track feedback from prospects on competitors and use this for competitive advantage. This has been a GAME CHANGER. We can search key words and different talk tracks to crush these objections. This ultimately leads to more sales and confidence in reps.
- Outreach
They work hand in hand. However Gong is far superior in AI and recording. Outreach is better for organizing tasks and launching sequences.
