Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Enterprise AE integrated in with Salesforce to track call metrics, email metrics, meeting metrics, records everything and provides nice clean summaries. Also offers a follow up e-mail template that only needs minor adjustments which saves me a bunch of time. Gong is user friendly and makes my life easier. I would recommend it to other sales orgs.

It has been pretty accurate but has definitely had some gaps that took time for me to review and correct. Overall it still helps save time, but the automation just need to be double checked for accuracy to ensure the messaging and everything is what i want. Still better than manual work.
Helps me figure out which accounts to prioritize, how many stakeholders i have involved, how credible the deal is and people ai pairs nicely with Gong to track and record everything to update forecasts in real time. The integrations are pretty smooth and close to real time. Would be nice to see more industry specific stuff
